At Alfalfa we use only Holstein milk in our milk packaging processes, ensuring optimal quality and taste, on our fresh milk we are 100% a one herd dairy, thus being able to guarantee the origin of every drop of milk that you consume from an Alfalfa container.

On average, we package approximately 150,000 litres of milk per week, reflecting our commitment to consistent supply. We would love to supply more due to the demand for our product, but unfortunately then we would have to buy in fresh milk from other farmers, thus causing us to run the risk of losing our proud status as one of the very few single herd dairy plants.

Alfalfa milk is a preferred choice among many coffee shops due to its excellent foaming properties, making it ideal for barista quality beverages.

Keeping milk below 4°C helps preserve its freshness and extends its shelf life.
